Help Me Obi-Wan Kenobi. You’re My Only Hope.

“Help me Obi-Wan Kenobi.  You’re my only hope.”

I have been hearing this playing in my head for weeks now, even before I started watching all the Star Wars movies that I had recorded off the Foxtel pop-up channel.  Perhaps it started when Carrie Fisher died; I can’t be sure.  All I know is that not a day has gone by in the last few weeks without me hearing this a number of times.

I guess I am like most people who have annoying thoughts or songs repeating over and over; we tend to dismiss it, and try to change our thoughts to other things.  But, out of the blue, there it is again.

I started to learn to talk to angels and spirit guides about 10 years ago.  I know that they, God, the Ascended Masters, and my higher self, all try to give me messages throughout my day.  What I sometimes forget, however, is that, that annoying song or phrase, which keeps repeating, is something that our spiritual helpers want us to pay attention to.

It’s taken me a few weeks, but yesterday I finally realised what this message meant, and I realised that this message wasn’t just for me.  It was for all of you, as well.

At first, I thought that maybe I was supposed to work this out earlier.  But then I remembered that there are no accidents, and everything happens in divine order.

The first lesson from all this is that we need to pay attention.  Pay attention to those annoying phrases and songs; pay attention to the signs on trucks, the words in number plates; pay attention to the images you see in the clouds, and the dreams you remember when you wake up.

But most of all, pay attention to the way these things make you feel.

Your feelings are the voice of your soul, and your soul will let you know if there is a message for you, by the way these signs make you feel.

This is how I knew, that I wasn’t meant to know until yesterday what message I was supposed to take from the Obi-Wan message.  It was repeated over a period of weeks, so that I knew that it was definitely something to pay attention to, but it was only yesterday that I had the thought to share it in my blog, and it was only yesterday that I felt the feelings that my soul allowed me to feel, to know that this was real.

The message: “Help me Obi-Wan Kenobi.  You’re my only hope” is a message for all of us.  Just replace the words ‘Obi-Wan Kenobi’ with your own name.

This message is letting us know that now is the time to step up, to step forward.  Now is the time to be the person you know you can be, and do the things you know you can do.

Each one of us came to Earth with a goal, which we worked out in conjunction with our guides and God.  We knew that we would be needed to help the world move towards the time of the New Spirituality, which is spoken of in Neale Donald Walsch’s book, Tomorrow’s God, the time in the near future when love rules the world.

We knew that we would be needed to shine our light in the darkness, so that each person could see their own light within, and begin to share their light as well.  We knew that there may be challenges, but that, as children of God, we were up to the task at hand.

You are the hope of the world.  Each of us has a role to play, but only you can do what you came here to do.  No one else.

Just like in the Star Wars movies, no one person can defeat the evil empire, or overcome all the darkness in the world, on their own.  It needs all of us, each of us, to shine our light on the darkness.

One small torch, although it is useful in its own area, cannot eradicate the darkness in its entirety.  But imagine if every person shines their small torch, and their light is combined.  No traces of darkness will remain in evidence.

As Jesus told us in Matthew 5:14: “You are the light of the world. A city built on a hill cannot be hid.”   Don’t hide your light under a bushel basket.

Your light is your love, and it is love that will save the world.

This message to you comes from this planet, from your grandchildren, and from future generations.  It comes from all the animals and people who are suffering in the darkness.

Only you can save the world in the way that you came here to do.
